Welcome to Autodash. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Autodash Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Autodash workflow automation platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Service

Autodash is a cloud-based workflow automation platform that enables users to connect multiple web applications and create automated workflows without coding. Our Services include:

• Visual workflow builder with drag-and-drop interface
• Integration with third-party applications and services
• Automation triggers and actions
• Workflow monitoring and analytics
• Team collaboration features
• API access and webhook functionality

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

• Your use of Integrations is subject to the third party's terms and privacy policy
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of Integrations
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions to connect Integrations
• We may discontinue support for specific Integrations at any time

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Autodash platform, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content, data, and workflows you create using our Services. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our Services.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Services may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

7. Payment and Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You must provide accurate and current payment information
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

8. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. Free trial terms:

• Trial duration and features may vary
• No credit card may be required for certain trials
• We reserve the right to terminate abusive trial accounts
• One trial per person or organization
• Trial does not guarantee access to all features

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTODASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autodash and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our Services will immediately cease
• You must delete all copies of our software
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Any unpaid fees become immediately due

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
